Reports will be handed out on January 24th.  If you have any questions regarding an annual report, please contact the person who prepared the report prior to the meeting, so that any clarifications or corrections can be made in advance and, if necessary, presented at the annual meeting.  This should avoid any confusion and having to go back and change a trimester report.
